The TSH 1800 is a revolution in primary sawing because it saws the blocks horizontally with an automatic wedge system . It is a new concept allowing you to cut upon request without handling blocks, up to 16 blocks on 40 m runway. The accuracy of cut allow you to save time and abrasives when flat polishing. The accuracy is +/- 0,5 mm. Minimum handling and maxi safety thanks to a flat unloading of the slabs (TSH 1800 had an award in 2003 from the “BERUFGENOSSENSCHAFT” for rewarding its safety).
High sawing quality : no glazing, no cutting renewal, no feed back of the wire during the cut. At the end no defaults. no plastering : saving of manpower up to 80 %. Quick and simple wedging allowing great outputs savings : over 30 %. Outputs that compete with big discs and traditional wire saws.
