Overview

Thibaut’s TC 04 Series of bridge saw, with turntable or with head rotation via CNC control, are self-standing (no foundation required), compact , quick and nimble in movements for high cutting speeds. All surfaces are precision-machined, and made in stainless steel, hot-dip galvanized steel, or painted with Thibaut special process (shot blast steel, dry, coat of primer, dry, two coats of 2-part epoxy). Friendly controls and many options available, notably a flow-through design for Thibaut Optimized Processing Solution.

Thibostat
TiboStat, the latest digital imaging system from Thibaut, permits the operator to make a real-time, immediate, digital image of a slab prior to sawing. The operator first delineates non-usable areas of the slab with yellow marker (edge borders, cracks, flaws). He can then click-and-drag jobs drawn in TiboCAD onto the slab image on another transparent layer for machine programming. In the example, yellow shows the boundary areas, the green shows the sawn edges, and the blue lines will be passed along to the Thibaut T-818 CNC Machining Center for processing.
