Our business has many years’ experience carrying out service and repair work on most makes of stone working machinery; this service is available to all our customers and not just those who have purchased equipment from us. On completion of a service, our engineer will let you know if there are any parts that he considers may need replacing in the near future. While he is with you, do take advantage of his knowledge and get assistance regarding the many applications of your machinery and your operators’ usage of it.

Having regular servicing certainly reduces the chances of breakdown, but even the best equipment can have the occasional problem. At the Waters Group, we have full time office staff dedicated to dealing with requests for spares/service/breakdown and who also provide full UK back up and support for all our own equipment.
